Terms of Service
The rules for using Electron IPTV, in plain language. What the app is, what it is not, and where responsibility sits.

In short
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing or using Electron IPTV (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Nativia Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of Electron IPTV.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Description of Service
Electron IPTV is a media player application for Android phones, tablets and Android TV devices. The App lets you:
- Import and organise IPTV playlists — Xtream Codes, M3U/M3U8 URLs or local files
- Watch live TV channels, movies and series from your own playlists
- Browse a programme guide (EPG) and, where your provider supports it, catch-up
- Save favourites, track watch history and resume playback
- Cast to Chromecast devices and use Picture-in-Picture
- Customise the interface with themes and display preferences
Electron IPTV does not host, provide, distribute or control any media content. All content comes from playlists that you, the user, supply. We have no visibility into, responsibility for, or control over what is accessible through those playlists.
Free Trial
The App is free to install and includes a free trial that requires no payment method and no account.
- Length — three calendar days for a new installation.
- When it starts — the trial begins once the App has successfully loaded a playlist, not at installation. If a playlist is never loaded, a limited pre-trial access window applies instead, after which a subscription is required.
- What it includes — every feature of the App, with nothing held back.
- Reminders — the time remaining is shown in the App’s settings, and a notification is sent before the trial ends.
- Users from before this change — installations that already existed when Electron IPTV moved to a subscription receive a longer notice period than the standard trial, announced inside the App, together with a reduced price offered for a limited time.
- One trial per installation — the trial is granted once; the App uses the installation date reported by Google Play rather than its own storage.
When the trial ends, a subscription is required to continue using the App, including to play files downloaded during the trial. Nothing is deleted: playlists, favourites, watch history and settings remain on your device and become available again if you subscribe.
Subscriptions and Payments
After the free trial, Electron IPTV requires a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. How it works:
- Billing — all payments are processed exclusively through Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information.
- Pricing — prices are set per country through Google Play and therefore vary by region and currency. The exact amount that applies to you is always shown in the App, in your local currency, before you confirm any purchase.
- Billing periods — the available options — including recurring plans and a one-time lifetime purchase — are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal — where you choose a recurring option, it renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Price changes — we may adjust pricing. Any change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and Google Play notifies you in advance.
- Google Play required — a copy of the App installed outside Google Play cannot complete a purchase or restore one, because Google Play billing is unavailable there.
- Restoring a purchase — an active entitlement can be restored on any device signed in to the same Google account, using “Restore purchases” in the App.
All transactions go through Google Play. We never see or store your card number, billing address or payment details.
What the Subscription Includes
Every feature of the App is included, with no higher tier and nothing sold separately:
- Importing and managing playlists, including multiple playlists
- Watching live TV, movies and series
- The programme guide (EPG), guide search and catch-up on supported providers
- Favourites, watch history, continue watching and search
- Chromecast, Picture-in-Picture, subtitle and audio track selection
- Offline downloads of movies and episodes, with pause, resume and progress tracking
- Parental controls with PIN protection, including locked and hidden categories
- Encrypted backup and restore, protected by a password you set
- The native Android TV interface
- Light and dark themes
The features included may evolve over time. Any change will be communicated in the App.
Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time.
- How to cancel — open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Electron IPTV → Cancel.
- Access after cancellation — access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the App requires a subscription again to be used.
- Downloaded files — content downloaded while your subscription was active can no longer be played once access ends. The files are removed when you uninstall the App.
- Lifetime purchase — the one-time lifetime purchase is not a subscription: it does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and it is non-refundable beyond the Google Play refund policy below.
- No partial refunds — we do not issue refunds for partial periods. If you cancel mid-cycle you keep access until it ends.
- Google Play refund policy — refund requests go to Google Play support directly, and Google’s refund policies apply to all transactions made through Google Play.
- Your data — cancelling does not delete anything. Playlists, favourites, history and settings stay on your device and become available again if you subscribe.
User Conduct and Responsibilities
By using Electron IPTV, you accept the following responsibilities:
- Legal content only — you are solely responsible for ensuring that the playlists you use, and the content you access through them, comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- No redistribution — you may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the App or any part of it.
- No reverse engineering — you may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- No abuse — you may not use the App for any activity that is illegal, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.
- Personal use — your subscription is personal and intended for your own devices.
- Your own credentials — you are responsible for keeping your provider credentials, your parental control PIN and your backup password secure. We cannot recover any of them for you.
We do not monitor, control or endorse any content accessed through the App. If you receive a complaint or legal notice regarding content you accessed, the responsibility is entirely yours.
Content Disclaimer
Electron IPTV functions exclusively as a media player. It is comparable to a web browser or a video player: it plays content from sources you provide, but supplies no content itself.
- We do not host, store or distribute any media content on any server
- We do not provide, recommend or curate playlists or content sources
- We have no knowledge of or control over the content available through user-provided playlists
- We are not affiliated with any content provider, broadcaster or streaming service
Any trademarks, channel names or logos that appear within the App come from user-provided playlists and belong to their respective owners. Their appearance implies no endorsement or affiliation.
Intellectual Property
The Electron IPTV application — including its design, code, branding, logo and all original content — is the intellectual property of Nativia Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- This licence does not grant you ownership of the App or any of its components
- You may not copy, modify or create derivative works based on the App without prior written consent
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Provided “as is” — the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- No uptime guarantee — we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure operation.
- No liability for damages — we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data, revenue or profits.
- No liability for content — we are not liable for any content accessed through user-provided playlists, including content that may be illegal, harmful or infringing.
- Liability cap — our total liability to you, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if:
- You violate any provision of these Terms
- You use the App in a way that could damage, disable or impair our services
- We are required to do so by law or legal process
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play before uninstalling to avoid further charges — uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
On termination your right to use the App ceases immediately, and all locally stored data is deleted when you uninstall.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, in legal requirements, or in our practices.
- Significant changes will be communicated through the App or the Google Play listing
- The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision
- Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.
